Leveraging the Group’s established track record of obtaining approvals, completing construction and delivering projects in record time all the while exceeding our regulatory requirements through our expert team of in-house professionals in engineering, legal and liasioning, Greenbase will assist its clients in obtaining required approvals. This can be seen across our parks where we have either applied for or obtained approvals such as Integrated Industrial Area (IIA), Environmental Clearance (EC) etc. beforehand so that our clients can start their operations immediately on handover.

Efficient construction materials used in the project, with a combined recycled content such as reinforcement, concrete, reinforced concrete, block work, glazing, insulation, tiles, etc.

Construction material sourced within a radius of 100 km, including reinforcement, concrete, block work, gypsum board, insulation, etc.

Energy-efficient LED lighting used for common interior areas, and entire exposed roof (after deducting services and vegetation) covered with high SRI (solar reflectance index) materials, helping the building to stay relatively cool even under a burning sun.
